By submitting items to BIDSTONE, you agree to the following rules.
Items must be accurately described. Misleading descriptions will result in immediate rejection.
You must own the item you submit or have authorisation to sell it.
All items must be available for drop-off within 48 hours of approval.
BIDSTONE reserves the right to reject any item without explanation.
Once approved, items cannot be withdrawn from the auction without admin consent.
A seller commission is deducted from your proceeds. The rate is displayed at submission.
Items must be in the same condition as described at time of drop-off.
BIDSTONE is not liable for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen before drop-off.
Sellers will be notified of auction results and payment status by email or WhatsApp.
Payment to sellers is made after buyer payment has been confirmed and cleared.
Unsold items must be collected by the seller within 5 business days of auction close.
Repeat submission of rejected or misdescribed items may result in account suspension.
