Bid during the auction window. The highest bid when the timer ends wins.

Pay your invoice

Winners receive an invoice by email. Payment via EFT within 48 hours.

Collect your items

Collection address is released after payment is confirmed. Collect within the collection window.

For Sellers

Submit your item

Fill in the online form with photos and details. No listing fees to start.

We review it

Our team reviews your submission within 48 hours and contacts you to arrange drop-off.

We run the auction

Your item goes live in the next weekly auction. We handle all bidder communication.

You get paid

After the buyer pays, we release your payment minus the seller commission.

Important Rules

  • All bids are legally binding. You cannot retract a bid once placed.
  • Buyers must register before bidding. Walk-in bidding is not available.
  • Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close.
  • Items are only released after full payment is confirmed by admin.
  • Viewing is online only unless admin arranges a pre-auction inspection.
  • BIDSTONE reserves the right to reject any item or bidder.
  • All sales are final unless the item was materially misdescribed.
